I need Your everlasting love
Without You I am lost
I need all Your forgiveness
To live another day
I am at Your mercy
Fallen yet again
If You would extend Your grace
Extend it everyday
Have I maxed out my credit?
You’ve nothing left to give
I plead, O King, compassion
Let this sinner live
I’d stain Your very hallways
Mud on golden streets
Lost and ever wandering
Now fallen at Your feet
Ready to be sacrificed
Cast out, You know me not
Bitter tears grasp for hope
Choose me from the lot
I am a dirty aftertaste
