I am pretty much done with Christmas shopping. For the first time in years, I won’t be scrambling for gifts so I thought I would share with you some faith related gift ideas for this Friday’s Weekend Fun post.
Book: My Fringe Hours by Jessica N. Turner
This is a colorful bite-sized version of Jessica’s The Fringe Hours. It’s beautiful and easy to digest.
Food: Homemade Chocolate Bars
If you want a homemade and delicious gift, these are easy to make.
Experience: Paint Nite
My friends and I did our own paint night at my house. We went on Pinterest for ideas. A lot of my other friends have done paint night hosted by a company and it was fun for them. Paint night is fun. It’s really easy to host your own, but if you don’t want to plan it, try a company like Paint Nite.
Fun at Home: Pie Face!
Pie Face! is a hilarious choice for game nights. Top tip: cover the gears with cling film. My friend also used a sandwich bag. It’s easy for the whipped cream to get into the gears and that might damage the game. Plus, using cling film will also make for an easy cleanup. This a great gift for families or white elephant gift exchanges.
Gag Gift but Useful: Poo-Pourri Before-You-Go Toilet Spray
This 2oz bottle is great for traveling, which is why I store it in my purse! No embarrassing odors when you go in public or share a hotel room with family and friends. It’s a funny gift, but very useful.
