This summer, I thought I would take my Instagram game to the next level. Maybe add more variety or share some adventures via Instastory to celebrate every blessed day from God. I thought it would be a great way to look back when times are rough or the day is dreary, and remind myself that I am in the hands of a good, good Heavenly Father.
It’s proving harder than I thought, though. I forget to snap those pictures or get self-conscious talking to my phone in public. Ha! I’m beginning to wonder if it takes a certain personality that I don’t have. I am enjoying the Instastory of some Instagrammers. They update constantly like a daily vlog and take us with them on their adventures. Here are my favorite Instastory-tellers that we could all live vicariously through!
Annie F. Downs is an author, speaker, and Enneagram #7 so her Instastory is like a daily vlog. She takes us with her in her life in Nashville, adventures with galaxy hair, introducing her friends, and behind-the-scenes of her writing life or That Sounds Fun podcast.
Jessica N. Turner is an author and the founder of The Mom Creative. She shares her family adventures on Instastory. Her children are simply adorable and usually up to some fun antics.
Donal Skehan is a YouTube chef and TV host. His Instastory is also like a daily vlog. He takes us with him in his life in LA with his wife, Sofie, and dog, Max. Plus, his IG feed is filled with delicious and gorgeous food shots.
Monterey Bay Aquarium takes us in beautiful sea life adventures. They showcase the animals in their care and sometimes takes us behind-the-scenes of their exhibits. They also throw in some fun sea life facts. Did you know that octopuses love to play?
Benjimantv is the IG of YouTuber Benji Travis (itsjudyslife, Video Influencers). His family vlog with wife, Judy, goes up a day after, but he updates his Instastory with his daily life with his beautiful family, fitness journey, healthy food, and cooking.
